These Terms of Use govern access to the internal business application operated by Global Product Sources, LLC ("GPS," "we," or "us") at gps.hodgesolutions.llc (the "Application"). The Application is developed and technically administered for GPS by Hodge Solutions and Holdings, LLC.
Authorized internal use
The Application is provided only to personnel and other users expressly authorized by GPS. It is not offered to the general public, customers, or vendors. Users must use the Application only for lawful GPS business purposes, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
QuickBooks Online integration
When an authorized administrator connects a GPS QuickBooks Online company, the Application may read, create, update, synchronize, and report on accounting and operational records, including customers, vendors, invoices, bills, purchase orders, payments, inventory, accounts, and reports. Users may not connect a QuickBooks company unless GPS has authorized them to do so.
Data accuracy and review
The Application may use artificial intelligence to retrieve, summarize, analyze, or propose actions involving business information. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing transactions, recommendations, and outputs before relying on them or posting material changes. The Application assists internal workflows but does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal judgment.
Acceptable use
- Do not access data beyond your assigned responsibilities.
- Do not disclose, export, or use GPS or QuickBooks data for an unauthorized purpose.
- Do not bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not share credentials or OAuth tokens.
Ownership
GPS retains its rights in its business information and data. The Application software, design, and related materials are owned by GPS, Hodge Solutions and Holdings, LLC, or their licensors, as applicable. Intuit and QuickBooks names and marks belong to Intuit Inc.; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Third-party services
The Application depends on services supplied by Intuit, Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other vendors. Use of those services is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. Use of QuickBooks data through the Application remains subject to GPS authorization and the Application Privacy Policy.
Availability and disclaimer
The Application is provided for authorized internal use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
GPS may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when employment or authorization ends, security is at risk, or these Terms are violated. QuickBooks access may be revoked from the Application or from QuickBooks Online.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Application or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
